Welcome. Thanks for stumbling on “Cut to the Chase.” This is indeed a blog, but I will try my best to refrain from using that word as much as possible. Not because I don’t believe in them, but to try to stay away from the genericness of the word and the implications associated with it.

I hope you will make a note of the site, bookmark it and visit often. I plan to make mosts bi-monthly. Thats not to say I won’t post more than that, but you can expect to see at least two articles a month.

Articles will mainly focus on post-production, or production factors that influence post workflows, methods, or techniques. For example, later this month an article will be posted on the Pannasonic HVX-200 (or “the 200″ as I will refer to it as). This article will evaluate shooting and record settings, camera setup and other info as it relates to a post production workflow with the 200.

So this is just a taste of what you can expect. Bookmark it, visit and pass it on!
